In reported speech, you can use either “the next day” or “the following day” to replace “tomorrow”.

The “in”, “on”, “at” prepositions can be placed before “tomorrow”.

Today is Thursday, so the day after tomorrow is Friday.

“Tomorrow evening” is replaced with “the following day” in reported speech.

In English, “tomorrow” is often used in the Simple Future Tense.
